VANDALISM
$5,000 REWARD!
Pierce County Sheriffs deputies need your help solving a vandalism.
Between noon on Saturday May 17th and 8:30 p.m. on Sunday May 18th, 2008 unidentified suspects vandalized and destroyed up to $500,000 in heavy construction machinery at a construction site in 3800 block of 200th St. E. in Pierce County.
Investigators believe the suspects may have used one of the excavators to dig a hole in an attempt to bury a dump truck. The suspects also rammed the trucks and excavators into each other and smashed their engines.
Investigators believe this equipment may have been intentionally targeted and are looking for any information on who may have committed the vandalism.
Receive up to $5,000 dollars for information leading to the arrest and charges filed for the person in this case. Additional sources have contributed $4,000 to the $1,000 reward offered by Crime Stoppers.
