SOLVED
ROBBERY
Pierce County Sheriff's detectives need your help to identify the suspects responsible for robbing two boys outside of a grocery store. On Saturday May 16th, 2009 at 6:45 p.m., the three pictured suspects robbed two 12-year-old boys outside of a Safeway grocery store located in the 13300 block of Meridian Ave. E. in South Hill.
The two victims were seated on a bench outside the store eating candy, when the suspects approached the boys and asked for some of their candy. The boys shared their snack with the suspects, who then walked away; approximately 15 minutes later the suspects returned and demanded everything the boys had in their pockets. The suspects threatened to assault the boys and "break their jaws".
The suspects were described as white males in their late teens, all approximately 5'9" and 160 lbs. The first suspect had a brown mohawk hairstyle and was seen wearing a black t-shirt and dark jeans; the second suspect was wearing a black short sleeve button-up collared shirt, dark jeans and a black baseball hat; the third suspect was seen wearing a green t-shirt, light blue jeans and a red baseball hat.
Receive up to $1000 dollars for information leading to the arrest and charges filed for the person in this case.
