Crime of the Week for 28 June 2009
BURGLARY
Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for a burglary. On Monday June 15th, 2009 at approximately 6:00 a.m., the pictured suspect burglarized an unoccupied residence in the 700 block of N. Warner St. in the City of Tacoma.
Witnesses saw the suspect park next to the residence in the pictured vehicle and then load items stolen from the home into the back of the truck. After the suspect left, witnesses discovered a door to the home had been kicked in by the suspect to gain entry to the residence.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s, 5'8" tall, 150 lbs., with sandy hair. During the burglary the suspect was seen wearing a plaid shirt and a blue jean jacket. The suspect was driving a small older red pickup truck with a red detailing sticker across the drivers door.
