White male, 5'-8", 6', 175 lbs., blue eyes, medium to light colored hair, pale complexion, deep voice.
Black hooded sweatshirt. Bandana across his face. He armed with a small, dark semi-automatic handgun. May be driving a light grey, compact wagon. May be late 1980's or early 1990's Subaru or Mazda.

An estimated 1,000 gallons of heavy-grade industrial oil was released into Commencement Bay. The oil may have been released from a ship passing through the area overnight on Wednesday.

White male, 45, 5'-9", heavy build, dark brown/gray hair, tanned, scruffy beard. Sunglasses, black baseball cap, dark windbreaker, blue jeans, white tennis shoes. Seen driving away in a dark green Ford F-150 extended cab pick-up.

White male, 30-40, 5'-8", 170 pounds, medium build, strawberry blond hair, unshaven. Light blue t-shirt and dark pants. Seen driving a black 4-door Chevrolet Corsica.

Missing: Giovanna Katie Tyler
Last seen March 2004 in Tacoma
American Indian female, 29, 5'-9", 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Tyler has not contacted her four young children since her disappearance.
Last seen at home in the 2000 block of East Gregory Street. Last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

(left) Black male, 25-30, 5'8", medium-heavy build. Black hooded jacket with yellow trim, black jeans, white t-shirt, camouflage hat with ear flaps.
(right) Black male, 30, 6', medium-heavy build. Brown t-shirt, blue jeans, floppy camouflage hat.
Both were armed with black semiautomatic handguns.

Middle-eastern male, 30-35, 6', 170 pounds. Short beard and mustache. Spoke with a Middle-eastern accent.

Victim: Joshua May
Murdered 25 June 2003 in Puyallup
Shot by three unidentififed male suspects wearing masks. The suspects then stole a maroon 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle was later abandoned and set on fire in Sumner.
