Black male, 35-40, 5'-10", scruffy beard, acne scars. Black baseball hat, black hooded zippered sweatshirt, jeans.

Westminster Apartments. 44-year old Korean woman, beaten and possibly sexually assaulted. Left for 5 days before she was found. Broken neck and severe cuts and bruises from the assault.

Committed 4 January 2004 in Tacoma
Hit & run at 53rd Street and Asotin Road. Red or maroon mid-90's Ford Thunderbird. The vehicle may have damage to the front end as a result of the collision.
