An estimated 1,000 gallons of heavy-grade industrial oil was released into Commencement Bay. The oil may have been released from a ship passing through the area overnight on Wednesday.

(right) Black male, 30, 6', medium-heavy build. Brown t-shirt, blue jeans, floppy camouflage hat.
Both were armed with black semiautomatic handguns.

Victim: Joshua May
Murdered 25 June 2003 in Puyallup
Shot by three unidentififed male suspects wearing masks. The suspects then stole a maroon 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle was later abandoned and set on fire in Sumner.
